Nine wood / steel framed buildings yielding 126,593 square feet and a 2-level, 101,754 square foot subterranean parking garage. This facility will be used as assisted living / care for older individuals who are attracted to community living, or whom need supervised care. The building space consists of assisted living units, independent living units, kitchens, dining areas, lobbies and other common areas, as well as a large mechanical yard / room under Building 1. There are 5 switch gear distribution centers located throughout the project that are fed from one main service. Other systems on the project include fire alarm with delayed access, telephone, CATV, access control, CCTV and an emergency call system.
