Project Mangers: Our project managers breathe life into their projects. They have extensive knowledge in all areas of the construction process. They guide the foremen throughout the project and serve as ambassadors between the individual project and the rest of the company. In addition, project managers work with the general contractor, as well as other sub-contractors in order to find a common goal: project completion in a timely, safe and cost effective manner. Foremen: Our “On-Site” foremen have vast experience through many years in the trade ranging from 5 to 25 years. They have exclusive leadership qualities mixed with personal electrical experience. Precision Electric employs a foreman bonus incentive program in which foremen are rewarded for their project’s performance. Journeymen: Our journeymen are second to none in their expertise and workmanship. Most have been through a structured apprenticeship program and have learned all the necessary tools required to be a safe, efficient and quality electrician. Under their foremen, journeyman electricians excel in their individual tasks and are always potential candidates for a foreman position. Apprentices: We proudly utilize the resources of “ABC”, Associated Builders and Contractors, to find and employ quality apprentices eager to learn the electrical trade. We employ apprentices at all levels of experience ranging from entry level first year apprentices to highly developed fourth year apprentices. We also employ apprentices undergoing alternate means of training through local community college courses, and the pairing of experienced journeymen electricians with eager apprentice “helpers” willing to learn through on the job training. |
