Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager (PM) provides the knowledge, skills, and experience required to manage the day to day field operations of any assigned remodeling project. The PM is responsible for the production aspects of the work and is accountable for delivering quality work that is consistent with standards, codes and the client agreement. The PM is also responsible for timely and cost effective project execution and for maintaining a safe work environment that is clean and orderly


  • Plan and implement large projects
  • Key customer/client contact
  • Communicate with Foreman and make any adjustments necessary to accommodate the project/site conditions
  • Ensure deadlines and maximize/increase overall profitability of each project
  • Maintain required project documentation
  • Request/review project construction schedule issued by the General Contractor


  • Must have a demonstrated understanding of construction means, methods, codes and ordinances
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred experience with Trimble Construct Jobs, Plan Grid, Pro Core, Blue Beam.

  • Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Maintain Certificates of Insurance
  • Ensure proper documentation for contracts, change orders, adjustments and other pertinent billing information are maintained in A/R files
  • Work with Project Managers and customers to resolve billing issues
  • Prepare weekly reports on all billing issues
  • Maintain files in an organized manner & update with new documentation
  • Contact the customer to ensure collection of all receivables
  • Provide weekly reports on collection issues
  • Other necessary and required duties as needed

  • High School Diploma required
  • Sage/Timberline software experience required
  • Construction software experience a plus, but not mandatory
  • Experience in accounting, construction related fields (preferred)
